Hello! I am Sim of GNN. My friend, Scott, and I started this website in January 2008 as Gamah Watch. But enough about that, let's talk about me. I was brought up on video games with the NES, playing games like Mega Man 2 since I was 2. I was also brought up on Street Fighter, so I guess you could call me a Capcom child, but I also played Mario and Sonic and such back when they were young. Now I enjoy many different styles of games: I still love a good platformer or fighting game, but I also enjoy RPGs and others (I'm not a big strategy, sim or sports guy, but I'll run across one ever once in a while that I like). In fact, here's a list of my favorites (this list is kind of old, so I'll be constantly updating it):
8. Street Fighter Alpha 3
The best Street Fighter ever. No questions about it. It's got all the characters with all their moves. Plus it has a surprisingly challenging co-op mode. I still have to wear a glove when I play this game to keep from rubbing my thumb raw. Down-to-forward down-to-forward Hard Punch! Shoryuken!
7. Fighters Megamix
Wow. Picky with his skateboard. Raxel with his Flying V. Kumachan with his... inflatable-bear...ness...? It was basically Virtua Fighters Vs Fighting Vipers. This is THE ultimate cameo game. It even features Bean the Dynamite, the bomb-wielding duck from Sonic: The Fighters and his friend Bark the Polar Bear. It also has the Hornet car from Daytona USA, but we don't talk about him.
6. Super Smash Bros. Melee
When I was first intro'd to the SB series, I thought it a fighting game for wimps. "No down-to-forward punch moves?" Since then, I've realized you don't need that for a great fighting game. This one nears the top for obvious reasons.
5. Power Stone 2
I pwn at this game. It may be a fighting game, but it's the EXACT opposite from Melee. 3D instead of 2D. Small instead of large movesets. This game completely revolves around Items too! Yet I enjoy it more. Plus, this game had something completely lacking from the Smash series (at the time): Super Moves.
4. Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
Geno. Culex. What else has to be said?
3. Mega Man Anniversary Collection
MM2 was pretty much the first game I remember playing. It took me forever to beat it, but it never really REALLY frustrated me. This is the epitome of Mega Man.
2. Marvel Vs Capcom 2
My very favorite up till recently. It has the more playable characters than most fighting games out there, with 64! Plus it had all the Street fighter and X-Men movesets I was used to playing with.
1. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
What can I say? Very few things need improvement, which really wasn't the case in Melee. Take out Olimar and Snake, put in Mega Man and Geno, add a few more stages, and Voila! The perfect game... maybe.

That's me in a nutshell. If you have further questions, drop me an email. Enjoy touring the site, and hold the bread in your hands (c'mon. You didn't REALLY expect me to leave you without saying something utterly random, did you?)
